Goods returned must meet the following requirements before a full refund of the goods purchase price can be offered (excludes postage/shipping and insurance charges): Sealed (Where Applicable) Unfitted Unused With Original Box / Packaging With Original Invoice, Fit For Resale.
Goods returned 30 days or more after receipt will be subject to a 15% handling charge.
ALL RETURNS must have prior permission from Mid Ulster Rotating Electrics Ltd with a note including name, address, date purchased and reason for return.
Parcels that arrive with the Buyer with either damaged, missing or incorrect parts should be brought to the attention of Mid Ulster Rotating Electrics Ltd within 48hrs of receipt.
Parts that were ordered incorrectly or that are no longer required can be returned at the buyers expense and may be subject to a 15% handling charge.
Parts that are faulty must be returned, at the buyers expense, for inspection & testing before a refund or exchange can be issued.
Refunds and exchanges will only be finalized once the returned item & reason for return have been verified and any applicable handling charges have been paid.
